Annual ARCC/Darlings Corvette Autumn Sept 17-18, 2021

ARCC is busy planning the 2021  Corvette Autumn Show in accordance with the State of Maine State of Emergency Directive from the Governor. Covid immunization rates in Maine are very high and the new case rate for the entire state is very, very low, in fact low enough  to allow the next Corvette Autumn show to be held as planned on September 17 and 18.

Meanwhile here are some more details about our show.

We have secured the facility at Darlings Chevrolet to hold the show on Sept 18, 2021 and the Elks Club to host our always fun pre-show party START YOUR ENGINES on Friday evening Sept 17, 2021.  Details of this event are still in flux but we will firm up all the details in the coming weeks,  in plenty of time for you to make all your plans and reservations to participate.

Current Plan:

The 2021 Corvette Autumn will be a totally new format, including a Party all morning in Darling’s lot.
Friday evening the festivities will begin with a buffet dinner and entertainment in the Elks Club Hall, as usual.  All registrants will be admitted beginning at 4:30 for time to socialize prior to dinner.  A cash bar will be available to attendees, over the age of 21, of course.
We invite all Corvette owners and fans to join us beginning Saturday morning Sept 18 at 9:00 AM to gather with other friends, family and Corvette fans and reconnect after a long absence.  The objective is to have fun, celebrate the end of a long quarantine and display our great cars. The show will begin, as always with donuts and coffee at registration. However this year those who preregister by snail mail by Sept 6 will be charged no fee.  Those registering at the show will be charged a $5.00 fee.  We will not judge cars or present trophies except for a Peoples Choice Award and a Sponsors Choice Award.  We will have games to play for fun (Corn Hole, Texas Washers and one or two new ones).  We hope to have 60’s and 70’s music on the PA system all morning.  We have some gifts for each participating car driver, but the number is limited so come soon after 9 AM to make your selection.  (First come, First served) All donations and funds raised will go to Sarah’s House to support their valuable assistance to persons receiving Cancer treatment in the area.

We are following our tradition of inviting Vintage GM car owners to come, too and park in the special area reserved for them and join the festivities.

The Ellsworth Elks Club will have their mobile kitchen on the premises to provide lunch.  ARCC will provide discount tickets for all registered drivers and co- pilot attendees.
You may download a copy of the Z-fold brochure with more details from the link below this one.

ARCC is committed to have a safe show and will obey and enforce all relevant state and federal CDC requirements at all events and sites.
