ARCC By-Laws

ARCC’s By-Laws define who we are and how we conduct business through eight major articles: The Club, Members, Officers, Meetings, Personal Liability, Other Matters, Indemnification and Insurance, and Amendments to the By-Laws. Key provisions include:

• ARCC isa non-profit, social club organized as a domestic corporation under Title 13-B of the Maine Nonprofit Corporation Act.

• Membership is open to all Corvette owners and/or enthusiasts, with dues to be paid annually.

• ARCC has six elected officer positions: President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Historian, and Activities Director. The term of each office is two years. None of the officers has any personal liability for club matters.

• We hold regular (monthly) meetings; our Annual Meeting is held in October. We need three officers and two additional club members to conduct official business.
